- A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable across India
- No additional shipping charges for multiple items in a single invoice
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
- In case of delays, customers will be informed via email or phone
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within India
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors
- Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
3. Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners or India Post (Registered / Speed Post)
- Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched
4. Tracking Orders
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email or message after dispatch
- Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address
5. Packaging
- All collectibles are packed with utmost care using protective materials
- Minor handling marks caused during transit shall not be considered as damage
6. Delivery Issues
In case of delivery-related issues:
- If the package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept it and contact us immediately
- If the package is accepted, an unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory for any claims
- Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:
- Re-shipping charges will be applicable
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded
8. Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses
9. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping
10. Liability
- Once the order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service
- However, we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving shipment issues
