Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 25% Payment will be deducted if the customer chooses to return an item without any valid reason.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded 7-8 working days  your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
